- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that supports the company's business goals
- Monitor the procurement process from requisition to delivery to ensure all processes are efficient and smooth
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing suppliers and identify and evaluate new suppliers
- Ensure compliance with legal regulationsPrepare analyses and reports on the performance of the procurement department and suppliers
- Main Responsibilities: Procurement Strategy, Supplier Management, Optimizing the procurement process, Risk Management, Contract Management, Compliance
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Demonstrated experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Thorough knowledge of procurement practices and processes, as well as experience with procurement tools and software
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in CZ/SK and English; German is advantageous
- Experience or understanding of handling chemicals and laboratory materials is advantageous
