Senior Project Quality Engineer /Tier1 Automotive/

​Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality plans, control plans, and other quality-related documentation for new product launches and ongoing production
• Coordinate and lead quality-related activities such as design reviews, process validations, and production part approval processes (PPAP)
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with suppliers to monitor and improve the quality of purchased components and materials
• Provide quality-related training and guidance to manufacturing and engineering teams to build quality awareness and capabilities
• Review and approve process changes to ensure they meet quality requirements and minimize the risk of defects
• Manage quality-related projects and initiatives, including the implementation of quality management systems and tools
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related issues and work with customers to address their concerns
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities
• You will be responsible for planning and fulfillment of internal and external quality requirements for defining, planning and implementation of quality methods, development of quality assurance strategy for pre-series and serial production.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality process management role within automotive industry /APQP Engineer, etc./
• Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor quality-related projects
• Proficient in quality management tools and techniques, such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quality data and drive corrective actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations, such as IATF 16949 and PPAP
• Strong customer orientation and proactive approach
